The Client for this niche Caulfield project was Harrich Homes who is passionate about building quality Developments that include luxe materials with a focus on detail. RCI Designs created the exterior and interior color schemes for these bespoke residences, including designs for the powder rooms, ensuites, fireplaces, study, stair balustrading and general interior design consultancy. The project is also enhanced by the architecture of Michael Factor.
